 Ive Just Started - New Zealand

I started Sureslim two weeks ago, and already I have lost 8kgs. Ive never wanted to notice that I am overweight, but I saw my Mum lose 35kgs so far, and she paid for me to do it, and its easy and great, plus I dont have the sugar cravings I used to get every day. The cookbook here is fantastic, and its different things which I wouldnt usually try. I still go out and drink with friends, but I dont have the hot chips at the pub, or the takeaways on the way home, and its really saving me money in the long run - takeaways arent cheap! 3 Years and Still Maintaining

It has been 3 years since I joined Sure Slim and have kept it off. My whole life style has changed. I went from 40 pounds overweight (160 down to 120/125) to becoming a more vibrant, self confident and healthier person. I never used to do anything athletic and now am an avid runner/walker (anywhere from 12K to 18K running per week.)
I highly recommend Sure Slim but remember change is never easy and it takes determination. Once you get through the first few weeks you can get through anything. |

$800.00 for a blood test? Get real. I was stupid, paid the money up front and lost a grand total of 23 pounds. Yes, it was my fault. I should have checked into it more. I don\\\'t recommend sureslim to anyone, but I do warn them. |

I\\\'ve tried hypnosis (had memory loss with this!), Jenny Craig (the packaged foods were horrible as was the support), Weight Watchers (hated the rah! rah! phony meetings and all the counting), Body for Life (worked but couldn\\\'t continue the workouts after awhile), Atkins and Zone (not enough fruits). Slim Sure made it really easy to lose weight, without stretch marks, I feel like a winner finally! It was fast, easy and I like eating only 3 meals so I don\\\'t have to over plan my eating--as well it helps me not obsess about food when I only have to think of it 3 times a day. Suggest you support the program with vitamins ( I do feel very tired if I don\\\'t take them). Also, even if I cheat, I continue to lose weight. Feel like a normal person with a great metabolism. Had thyroid problem for 10 years and thought that was the reason I couldn\\\'t lose weight. Nope! I just didn\\\'t have the right diet for me. The cost? I\\\'ve spent way more with crazy diets that didn\\\'t work. This one if very holistic (love all the seeds!) and it helps you become regular if that is a problem. I have been on this diet for 2 1/2 weeks and have lost 12lbs, It took me a few months to mentally prepare myself as I was not sure how I would cope with the 3 meals, 5hrs apart thing as I have M.E (chronic fatigue syndrome)but it really is not a problem, I find the food more than enough and after the initial few days of feeling really rough have noticed a slight improvement in energy as well as the phenomenal weight loss. No cravings. I could not have lost the weight I need to without something like this to spell out exactly how to do it even without exercise. |

I have been on Sureslim for 3 months and have lost 18Kg but have found my hair is starting to fall out! Literally, if I run my hand through my hair it always brings out lots of hair. It is due to a low iron, zinc and Vit B12 in the diet (I work with Nutritionists - who say the diet is not balanced) but then I have a friend who lost 30kg - (she inspired me to join) she is still thin after 8 months but has started menopause (at 41) so again I was told by my colleagues it is due to hormones and severe deficiency in iron, zinc and B12 all which cause havoc on hormones - mmm and yet I continue... - 7 more Kg\\\'s to go - I do take Floredix a natural iron supplement and I was feeling exhausted - worth $800AU I am not really convinced and the test will be when I have to maintain my new found size 10 bum (was a size 16).

On the SureSlim program I realized how much emphasis I had been placing on simple carbohydrates in my diet. They spiked my blood sugar and left me feeling tired all of the time. On the program I lost 20 pounds in 2 and a half months and my husband has lost almost 50 pounds so far! |

I also joined sureslim yes it does work but far as i am concern other people shouldnt get rich on someones elses weight loss. Surly it doesnt cost $800:00 to do a blood test. I and i know people who have the same diet as me so how can they say its a one off diet when other people are doing the same thing as me. Work that one out. I will keep going as i know it does work. |

I must admit I am really impressed with SureSlim. I have been with them just over a month and have lost 14lb. I have a very short attention span and don\\\'t tend to stick to things, but the SS diet got rid of my cravings and its very strict, you know what you can eat, so no guess work, plus they are so supportive.
I\\\'ve tried tons of diets, but nothing with the great results and support like this one. I reccomend it. |

I signed onto SureSlim over 5 months ago and have yet to lose the weight. Yes, I know it is my fault for not following the program consistently and socializing with alcohol abit too much. The most difficult thing for me is the only three meals, five hours apart thing. I have learned many things about food and myself on this program but do have complaints. The weekly followup and individual concern is not there for me and I do not feel that I can keep up the 5 hours apart thing for life because it just does not allow for the spontaneity of life. You can have a treat but all within the one hour time frame of the first, second or third meal. I found I was thinking about food more after than before I began the program only because I had to plan when I ate it. The upfront cost? It sounds like alot but, depending on how much weight you want to lose, how much would you pay Weight Watchers over 12-18 months at $25 a pop? All in all, I would not recommend the program. Do your research and search the internet for some great chat rooms that may change your mind.Broker |

I have to say that I have just signed up for Sure Slim, The cost?! Yes it is steep, but LA Weightloss demanded $1500.00 upfront + the cost of their supplements. Herbal Magic, won\\\'t even let me know what it will cost till they get me there and rope me in ... She did however say that the highest cost she\\\'s heard for their company was $1500.00. Weight Loss Surgery was also something Ive looked into. The procedure I wanted to do would have cost $$,$$$.00\\\'s of dollars + follow up visits. The fact is no diet or program can make you thin, its you that does all the work, you just need to find one your comfortable with and one that is supportive to your goal. Cost...Well for me Sure Slim is looking like a Sure Thing ;-)
