I disagree with this plan Reviewer: Calvin 07-12-2004 I don't believe sugar is as bad as this diet plan makes it out to be. I have been eating sugar ever since I was a little boy and I am not overweight. So when my sister told me about this diet she was about to start I had to advice her not to. I adviced her to eat sugar if she wanted to (sparingly of course) and just eat light and exercise more. No matter what diet you choose, exercise is the key...any diet you are on exercise and drinking more water never hurts. |
A better way to eat Reviewer: Rashaad 05-22-2004 Everyone should follow this eay of eating. Cut out sugar and exercise regularly. Thats what I have been doing for weeks now and I am alot healthier than before I started. |
