I paid $50 for a month supply and the product disappointed me. It didn't do what i wanted it to do. I do not recommend this.

what this does do is increase your energy levels. I know, I tried it. I didn't really lose any weight but I was waking up earlier and feeling less tired throughout the day. For those who are lazy to go to gym on a regular basis then this could help you out. I'm not sure what the long term effects are, especially if you are using this for a long period of time.
