I have tried many of these fitness centers Reviewer: Cheryl       07-17-2004 So far PACE delivers the best results, quicker, and with the highest calorie burnout. On top of all of that the group support and instructor inspiration is outstanding.

Perfect for women Reviewer: Ann       07-13-2004 Why go to a men's gym and add muscle. Us women don't want muscles we want curves and thanks to places like PACE, they help use achieve these goals. Not only do we lose weight, but we lose weight and tone in the right areas. i have lost 10 pounds in a little over a month with this program.

PACE is different than other copycats Reviewer: Liz       06-22-2004 Pace has adjustable resistance controls which makes it easy to change resistance. I feel I get more out of the 30 minute workout here compared to other places. I enjoy this fitness center and I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months.

I miss going to PACE Reviewer: Michelle       05-20-2004 I used to live near by the only PACE fitness center and now since I've moved I joined a Curves For Women. I miss my trainers and the friendly people i knew there. Too bad there isn't more PACE centers
