i have been on lipoban for about 2 weeks and thus far with absoultly no results good or bad. i find it very hard to beleive people when they write about a weight lose in 1 or 2 weeks of 10 or 15 lbs with absoultly no efort, that is soooooo rediculous to me i am sure most would agree. deiting always takes efort there is no miricle pill as every knows. i will give this deit a fair chance of 6 weeks and report back my results there after. |

I have been on Lipoban for 7 days now and I am not seeing any positive changes. I have actually gained weight. I go between 1 to 2 pounds in gain. I am watching my food intake and eating healthy. When do the results begin? This is getting discouraging. |
60 day diet

Lazy Mans Diet

If you want to sit on your rear end all day and drop weight. Then this is the diet for you. Trust me it works. I sit in front of the computer all day at work. I eat 3 meals a day. Sometimes healthy meals and sometimes unhealthy meals. I hardly ever exercise and somehow i have lost weight. This is the best diet plan ever! |

Actually, there really is no plan. There is no calorie counting. There is no formula or special types of food to buy. I just combined LipoBan with a daily exercise routine and i seen some results. I have lost around 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. That is alot for me since i seem to never lose weight on diets. |
