Body For Life Diet Reviews
Description: This program teaches a way of thinking that follows the inside-out approach instead of the traditional outside-in approach.

The Body-for-LIFE program works the same for men as it does for women. It’s simply a way of using the body’s natural physiology and the way the mind works to focus on balancing the body. Building the body the way it was meant to be, which is lean and strong with a focused mind.

I believe that the body-for-life program does work because i have tried and i lost fat and gained a few pounds of muscle, but, no way would it work to the extent of those pictures shown inside the first page of the book, unless you\\\'ve used steroids. Just looking at the physiques of some of the males is very un-natural and typical of steroid users the use of EAS supplements such as myoplex would not achieve such freakishly sized muscle. Although the theory behind it does work, just don\\\'t listen or believe anything Bill Phillips says about myoplex. He owns the company, of couse he\\\'s going to rant and rave about how superior his products are. Not that these products arn\\\'t good, they\\\'re the same as every other protein powder or meal replacement on the market.

    It doesn't work.

I bought into it and wasted time/money. Don't do it.

    Marketing Plan?
Reviewer: Johnny       03-26-2004
It is one huge vertical
marketing plan so that EAS can find new consumers for their products.
It is for your average Joe Blow couch potatoe to get off his fat ass
and do something about exercise and losing weight.

    Here is my opinion

How can you really work upper and lower body only two days a week,
and alternatively one day a week, with a 5 day rest in between, and
expect to see results like the people in the "elite" pictures. I did
some number crunching, and in the 12 weeks of the program, you would
only have worked your bi's, tri's, abs, hams, quads, chest, and
whatever else, only 18 times! That is it!? Sure, you will probably
lose weight and firm up, but we are lead to believe that we are going
to look like those men and women in the pictures. I don't believe it.

What I like about this program

What i like about this program is that you get to pig out all you want one day per week.

I didn't get the results i was promised

I was expecting to build muscle and burn some fat in the process but it never happened. I felt like i was wasting my time. The only positve aspect was that after the workouts i felt totally rejuvinated. But i can do that myself at any gym in America or by jogging at the local park.

BFL does work but u have to stick to it
Reviewer: Diego G.       03-26-2004
I was skeptical at first but it does work if you stick to it. Most people give up because they expect to look like the muscle freaks on the ad posters. I knew going into this that i would never develop into anything close to that but as long as i feel good that is all that matters to me. This is the best diet i have been on and i plan to stick with it for much longer.

    I was a big sucker

I will think twice before starting another 'great idea' type of super diet plan. It didn't work out for me. I don't see how this plan could work for anyone.

I tried this diet plan almost a year ago
Reviewer: Orosco       03-23-2004
I tried this diet plan almost a year ago and did not like it. There are too many loopholes. More than your average diet out there. I don't have time to explain each one but i will recommend you try something else.

    It works for me but...

"Most people" will destroy their bodies
and be sidelined with injuries in a matter of weeks on such a program.
Have you forgotten how deconditioned "most people" are? We've got
enough trouble getting them to do one set of 8-12 - just *try* to get
them into the gym and working hard enough that they need 5 days of
recovery time.

    Just another scheme

I was considering to start Body For Life then decided not to based on a friend of mine who did it and said it fails you. I trust my buddy and i suggest you trust me. Don't waste your money! Just exercise normal and eat right.
